Birmingham Central Backpackers is Birmingham’s first and best independent backpackers hostel and THE place to stay while exploring the Brilliance of Birmingham. Located a minute’s walk from the National Express coach station, 1 minute from the buses to the NEC and Airport and a mere 7 minute walk to New Street train station, our location can’t be beaten for convenience. Rooms include 4-8 person dorms, a pod dorm and singles and privates. Friendly international staff, two cosy common rooms for relaxation, guest kitchen, free breakfast and nightly snack buffet, free Wi-Fi and budget computer stations, gigantic cinema screen with over 600 movies to choose from, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, pool, travel information centre, outdoor patio and guest-only bar. Digbeth coach station and New Street train station near by.
  Directions:
From Digbeth coach station take Milk Street (Big Bulls Head on corner). Hostel located above Billy’s Bar, one block down. From New Street Station, walk down New Street through the Bull Ring and down the steps to the markets. Take a left at the markets and go to the traffic light. Cross over the light to the Digbeth High Street. Walk 4 blocks, and turn left onto Milk Street.
